PSA: Drug Recall

This morning I got a gchat message from a coworker about product recalls for several common over-the-counter drugs. If you have any of the following in your medicine cabinet or purse, check out the McNeil Product Recall website to see if your particular item has been recalled.

According to the press release, "Consumers who purchased product from the lots included in this recall should stop using the product and contact McNeil Consumer Healthcare for instructions on a refund or replacement."

I looked up the lot number for the bottle of Motrin I keep in my purse, and it has not been recalled (thankfully, as the bottle is almost empty!).

Scurry on over there and see if anything you have has been recalled. The press release doesn't seem to indicate any eminent danger, but better to be safe than sorry, right?
