Feels like home to me

If I tried to put into words how much I love my alma mater, Emory & Henry College, I would fail miserably. There are just so many things about the campus, the people, the classes, the professors, and even the buildings that make my heart swell with happiness when I think about my four years there.

This weekend, I got to go back.

Homecoming 2010:

Sirens reunited on Friday night

Meeting a founding sister of my sorority (third from right)
Even my husband, who didn't attend school here, loves E&H and Homecoming
With my favorite professor (3rd from left) and fellow MCOM grads
Go Wasps!
Three of the 10 Homecoming Court members are active members of my sorority! We took First Runner Up AND Queen!!
Some of my very favorite people, and possibly my favorite picture from the weekend

It was a wonderful weekend, filled with my favorite people at my favorite place. It was a little bittersweet leaving "the hills of old Virginia" to come home. Although I must say, I think I will always have two homes...

Check out Julie's blog for more pictures of our wonderful weekend!

Did y'all have a good weekend?
