Silly Blogger doesn't send me your email address so I can send you an email, so instead I resort to leaving random messages on people's blogs so they don't think I ignored them!Marisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15267932359074995795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3357294578016372920.post-1326013145718931432010-02-18T12:47:08.990-05:002010-02-18T12:47:08.990-05:00My hubby gave up sodas last year for Lent as well ...My hubby gave up sodas last year for Lent as well (and he only drank diet, too). He found that he actually had a caffeine addiction (though mild) and has greatly decreased his consumption since then.

You're probably already aware, and I'm certainly nobody to teach on this, but one really good thing to remember in giving up something you either spend time or money on or your health on, is not only to give that something up, but to be sure to replace that time with time in prayer or that money spent with money given to a needy cause, and so forth. Not only is it great to get yourself pointed in a more healthy direction, but to progress even further by really going out of your way to be healthy.

I wish you the best of blessings during this time!the shoppe ownerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11542279157703603914noreply@blogger.com
